Disconnect an account
- Sign in to the authorized Kubera Revenue Engine account.
- Open Media Intelligence → Channels.
- Locate the connected account and select Disconnect.
- Confirm the request.
Disconnecting marks the connection inactive, stops future synchronization and removes the stored access and refresh tokens associated with that Kubera connection. It does not delete the original social account or information retained independently by the platform.
Request deletion of stored social data
Email with the subject Social Data Deletion Request. Include:
- The platform name.
- The connected page, organization, channel or account name.
- The email address associated with your authorized Kubera access.
- Whether you want the connection only removed or its associated stored analytics deleted as well.
Do not send your password, platform access token, app secret, one-time code or security answer. Kubera will never request those items by email.
Verification and timing
To protect account owners, Kubera may verify the requester’s identity and authority over the relevant Kubera connection. Verified deletion requests will ordinarily be completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or another lawful obligation.
What may be deleted
- Stored OAuth access and refresh tokens.
- Connection-health records and synchronization errors.
- Platform account identifiers and account names held by Kubera.
- Channel metric snapshots and associated analytics requested for deletion.
Platform-side controls
You may also remove Kubera’s access from the connected platform’s own Apps, Integrations or Business Settings area. Removing access at the platform stops the token from being used, but submitting the deletion request above ensures Kubera can also locate and remove covered records from its systems.
