1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to kubera.finance, Kubera Finance business-growth forms, and Kubera’s internal Media Intelligence tools when an authorized operator connects an owned social or business account. It does not apply to independent websites or services operated by lenders, social platforms, or other third parties.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details such as name, business email address and telephone number.
- Business details such as company name, industry, location, time in business, approximate revenue or employee range, financing interests, operational needs and systems used.
- Messages, assessment answers, documents or other information submitted for a consultation or business relationship.
Authorized media and account information
When an authorized Kubera operator connects an owned account, we may receive the account or page name, platform identifier, profile information, permission scopes, connection status and analytics such as followers, views, impressions, reach, engagement, clicks, calls, direction requests, media counts and similar performance measurements made available by the platform.
Technical and security information
We may process basic device, browser, IP address, timestamp, authentication, diagnostic and security information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot our systems.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested capital, consulting or AI-business services.
- Assess business needs, prepare consultations and manage customer relationships.
- Measure owned-channel performance and connect media activity to business outcomes.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose failures and improve system reliability.
- Meet legal, regulatory, contractual and recordkeeping obligations.
Media Intelligence safety: Social connectors are designed for analytics. Kubera does not collect social-media passwords. Publishing, AI content generation and paid-media execution remain separately controlled and are not authorized merely by connecting an analytics account.
4. OAuth tokens and platform permissions
Account connections use the platform’s official authorization process. Access and refresh tokens are stored in protected server-side secret storage and are not placed in public website code. We request the minimum platform permissions practical for the approved analytics purpose. Google Business Profile currently supplies a broader provider scope; Kubera’s application restricts its use to reading account and performance information.
5. How information is shared
We may use contracted technology, hosting, email, database, security and professional-service providers to operate Kubera’s services. These providers receive information only as needed for their function. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or as part of a properly managed business transaction. Kubera does not sell personal information.
6. Cookies and similar technology
Kubera may use essential browser storage, cookies or similar technology for security, authentication, form continuity and basic site operation. Third-party platforms may apply their own cookies during their authorization process under their respective policies.
7. Retention
We retain business records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, an active relationship, security, dispute prevention and applicable legal obligations. Social access tokens are removed when the corresponding connection is disconnected. Historical aggregate analytics may be retained unless a verified deletion request covers that information.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw an account connection. Kubera may need to verify identity or account authority before completing a request. Disconnecting a platform does not automatically delete information held independently by that platform.
9. Security
Kubera uses access controls, encrypted connections, restricted server-side secret storage and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children
Kubera’s business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the services, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email or use the instructions on the Social Data Deletion page. Never send a password, access token or verification code.
